CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen and <br />Scott, Park Superintendent Marchesano, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carred 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of June 6, 2002 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $512,057.60 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carred 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2002-2003 Budget <br />Jacobsen declared the public hearing open. <br />
