Recipients thanked the District for the honor, and fellow employees and supervisors for their support. Board members congratulated the recipients, stated appreciation for their hard work, and commended their team spirit. Jacobsen recessed the meeting at 7:55 p.m. and reconvened at 8:05 p.m. 4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC Savannah Pletcher, age 9, presented a petition with 75 signatures urging that a chin-up bar be reinstalled at Conejo Community Park. Jacobsen said that the request will be referred to staff, and she can contact staff to learn of the status of the project. He thanked her for her input and attending the meeting. 5. APPROVAL OF REVISED AGENDA It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the revised agenda as modified; i.e., Items for Discussion 9.A., 9.13. and 9.C. to be identified as New Items 8.A., 8.13. and 8.C. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR Relative to the minutes of January 10, 2002, Holt requested that the word "annual" be added to the 11.E. Directors' Reports to indicate that the March 5 VCSDA meeting is the annual meeting. A. Minutes of January 10, 2002 Meeting B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $342,135.31 It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to approve the Consent Calendar as modified; i.e., relative to 11.E. Directors' Reports of the minutes of January 10, 2002, the word "annual" will be added to indicate that the March 5 VCSDA meeting is the annual meeting.
