Management Services Division Report <br />Jorgensen reported that Steve Wiley is heading up the District website, and <br />it now offers visitors the option to sign up for a calendar of events update. <br />Jorgensen thanked members of the Board for their support and <br />professionalism, the General Manager for fostering an environment <br />conducive to professional growth, and staff members for their support and <br />hard work. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Ward reported that he has talked with Dr. Mathis, consultant, and February <br />26 and 27 and April 1 and 2 are being considered as dates for the proposed <br />Board of Directors workshop. He announced Sheryl Lewanda is the new <br />Administrator, Management Services. <br />Gibson suggested that Lewanda be part of the workshop. <br />Ward noted the retirements of Jorgensen and Sorensen, highlighted their <br />careers, and stated appreciation for their service to the District and <br />community. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Holt noted that Louise Danielle is also retiring from the District, and said that <br />she attended Danielle's going away party. <br />On behalf of the Board, Lange presented plaques to Jorgensen and <br />Sorensen in recognition of their meritorious service to the District. Board <br />members expressed appreciation to Jorgensen and Sorensen for their <br />service and professionalism to the District and community. <br />Gibson said the CCfYF meeting is scheduled for January 28, 2004. He <br />invited Quidwai, and said that, if furnished names, he would invite others. <br />Berger, Gibson and Lange said they attended the Star Light Ball, and were <br />pleased to be present. <br />Berger invited members of the Board to tour Ahmanson Ranch. <br />
