Annual Audit Report And Acceptance Of Report On Financial <br />Statements For Year Ending June 30, 2003 <br />Jorgensen highlighted the audit report, identified and discussed salient <br />points, and noted explanations for capital assets depreciation, and <br />compensated absences. He said this is the first year the District has had to <br />comply with the provisions of GASB 34; this involves rolling up or adding <br />together the detail of all funds classified as General Government <br />(Government Activities) onto one statement of net assets; the District has <br />valued all its fixed assets in excess of $5,000 with a depreciation schedule; <br />the District has not provided a Management Discussion and Analysis <br />
