CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Ward led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Assistant General Manager Friedl, <br />Administrator Lewanda, Recreation Manager Wiley and Executive Secretary <br />Ohren <br />3. Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $293,563.02 <br />Payroll Total $234,667.89 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
