General Manager's Report <br />Ward reported that he attended the California Association of Recreation <br />and Park Districts (CARPD) Legislative Committee meeting on April 15 in <br />Sacramento and presented a brief legislative update. <br />Gibson expressed his appreciation for the District's planned hospitality to <br />California Special Districts Association (CSDA) in August, and Berger <br />offered support of the Conejo Valley Adult School. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Berger reported that numerous groups were represented at the April 16 <br />celebration of the purchase of the Soka property by Mountains Recreation <br />and Conservation Authority (MRCA), and suggested a future tour of the <br />area. <br />12.
