CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 19, 2006 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m., and Recreation Manager <br />Lindsey led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:40 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare and Lewanda, <br />Recreation Manager Lindsey, and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Halt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, with Jacobsen <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of October 5, 2006 Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $435,385.52 <br />Payroll Total $284,848.67 <br />C. Renewal of Special Liability Insurance Policy for Annual Premium of <br />$109,948 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, with Jacobsen <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
