CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Lange led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Benton, Hare and Lewanda, <br />and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Jack Brennan spoke of the long overdue need to complete Banyon Park and <br />expressed concern about the unsightly site. <br />Gibson thanked Brennan for the recent email, and requested staff communicate <br />with Brennan after the budget discussion. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of May 10, 2007 Meeting <br />B. Authorization of General Manager to Enter into Contract for Play Equipment <br />for Wildflower Playfield Park Play Area <br />
