CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Berger led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl; Administrators Benton, Hare and Lewanda; <br />and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Administration of Oath of Office to Directors Berger, Gibson and Holt <br />Friedl administered the oath of office to Berger, Gibson and Holt, and extended his <br />congratulations. <br />4.
