CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and Hare led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Berger, Jacobsen <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl; Administrators Hare and Lewanda; and <br />Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0 to approve the <br />agenda as modified; i.e., Item 8.C. to precede Item 8.A. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of November 20, 2008 Meeting <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0 to approve Item <br />6.A. as modified; i.e., Item 3 Special Presentations -- move the sentence <br />relative to Laura Caraveo from the Oakbrook Chumash Interpretive Center <br />presentation to Neighborhood for Learning presentation. <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $318,645.35 <br />Payroll Total $390,807.47 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0 to approve Item <br />6.13. <br />7.
