ROLL CALL <br />3. <br />4. <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare and Lewanda, <br />Recreation Manager Lindsey, Parks Superintendent Kouba, Sports Supervisor <br />Lukes and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />COSTAC Trails Education Days Contest <br />COSTAC Trails Education Days Grand Prize Winners <br />Adham Btaddini <br />Madrona Elementary School <br />Fariha Hameed <br />Westlake Elementary School <br />Niki Prelooker <br />Westlake Elementary School <br />Hanna Chi <br />Westlake Hills Elementary School <br />Julia Cohen <br />Westlake Hills Elementary School <br />Elayne Haggan and Melanie Ashen, COSTAC members, highlighted the 2008 <br />annual Conejo Open Space Trails Advisory Committee essay/letter writing contest. <br />On behalf of the District, Kouba presented gifts to the attendees. Four of the <br />winners were introduced. Haggan thanked the District for its support of COSTAC. <br />On behalf of the District, Lange commended the winners. <br />
