Re -Adoption of District Investment Policy <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar. <br />7. CONTINUED ITEMS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Renewal of License Agreements with Southern California Edison <br />Hare stated that three leases associated with easements over Southern <br />California Edison (SCE) rights-of-way are up for renewal. They provide for <br />the ongoing use of non -District property for recreational purposes. There <br />are no substantive changes to the agreements except for length of term <br />from five years to three. The escalation in annual lease amounts results in <br />an adjusted fee schedule of $248 per acre per year. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobson, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize the General Manager to execute renewal of license <br />agreements PVMTO526J47, PVMTO526J46, and PVMTO526J41 with <br />Southern California Edison from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2011; total <br />lease payment for the three-year term is $3,870, with funding available <br />in account #10-20-320-2382. <br />B. Resolution Number 022108-A, Land and Water Conservation Fund <br />Program (LWCF) <br />Hare stated that the Land and Water Conservation Fund Program provides <br />funding to state and local agencies for the planning, acquisition and <br />
