CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7: 33 P.M. and Ohren led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Lange, Short <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:50 PM <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Benton, Hare and Lewanda, Parks <br />Superintendent Kouba, Human Resources Supervisor Howell, and Executive Assistant <br />Ohren <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Employee Service Awards <br />Parks & Planning <br />Spider Fawke <br />5 years <br />Marc Gann <br />10 years <br />Glen Kinney <br />15 years <br />Bob Barrett <br />35 years <br />Senior staff and members of the Board thanked and commended the honorees. Kouba <br />provided an overview of each employee's professional and academic achievements. On <br />behalf of the Board and staff, Friedl presented awards to the honorees. <br />Honorees thanked co-workers, senior staff and tha Board of Directors for their support, <br />and spoke of their pride and satisfaction in being part of Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Short, and carried 5-0, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />
