Confirmation of Board Appointments and Assignments <br />Holt stated that, based on past discussions and recent directors' inputs, Friedl and <br />she prepared a proposed list of assignment modifications for review, discussion <br />and approval. The assignments were discussed. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />modify committee assignments as proposed in the staff report. <br />The need for an Investment Oversight Committee was discussed. <br />It was moved by Gibson to create an Investment Oversight Committee. The <br />motion failed for lack of a second. <br />B. Introduction of Amendments to CRPD Ordinance Manual <br />Hare stated that on January 15, 2009 the Ordinance Manual ad hoc Committee <br />presented a stdkethrough version of the current ordinance manual. The submitted <br />document, plus addendum is a revised strikethrough version, with minor additions <br />and clarifications to Section 102, 211, 413 and 516, based on the discussion at the <br />Board meeting. The final draft will be returned for adoption of the manual. Hare <br />answered questions. <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to introduce <br />the CRPD Ordinance Manual. <br />13. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />A.
