Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Wand <br />DATE: November 19, 2015 <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Mana <br />SUBJECT: Amendment #2 to cont Ith RRM Design Group in the amount of <br />$189,900 for Phase 4 of Environmental and Design Services for Sapwi <br />Trails Community Park <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Authorize General Manager to enter into Amendment #2 to contract with RRM Design Group in <br />the amount of $189,900 for Phase 4 of Environmental and Design Services for Sapwi Trails <br />Community Park <br />DISCUSSION <br />Over the last several years, the District has made progress in the development of Sapwi Trails <br />Community Park. Most recently, in December 2014 (item 9A of <br />hftp://www.crpd.om/directors/agendas/2014/december 4 2014.as ), the Board approved <br />resolutions adopting the environmental analysis and approving the project; additionally, the <br />District entered into Amendment #1 to the contract with RRM Design Group (RRM) to continue <br />design development of the project. <br />In order to continue moving the project forward, staff recommends entering into Amendment #2 <br />to the contract with RRM for construction documents. During the construction documents <br />phase, staff will work with RRM and City of Thousand Oaks staff to develop a package suitable <br />for presentation to City of Thousand Oaks Planning Commission.
