CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />December 15, 2011 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:31 at pm and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and <br />Lindsey, Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Presentation to Chair Jacobsen <br />On behalf of Board and staff, Friedl thanked Jacobsen for his service as Chair this <br />year and in years past, and presented him with a digital photo frame loaded with <br />hundreds of photos depicting the District - its places, programs and people - in <br />appreciation for his service. Jacobsen thanked the Board and staff for their <br />support. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
