Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Years 2010-11 and 2011-12 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />8. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />None. <br />9. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Award Bid for Dos Vientos Park Site Playfield Construction <br />Hare presented the three recommendations and relevant background <br />historical information on the project. <br />In response to questions from Board members regarding funding, <br />specifically those monies being taken from the general fund, Hare explained <br />various sources for these funds and stated other avenues for funding are still <br />being investigated. <br />A request was made for an intensive staff investigation of funding and how <br />the general fund could be reimbursed. <br />Leslie Gilder (representing AYSO Region 42) and Roger Rutz (representing <br />Newbury Park Soccer Club), expressed support for the project. <br />
