CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />September 15, 2011 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm and Jacobsen led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Holt <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Lindsey, <br />Park Superintendent Kouba, Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Employee Service Awards <br />Parks & Planning Division <br />Tom Hare, Administrator, 5 years <br />Dale Honsinger, Groundsworker II, 25 years <br />Brock Smart, Groundsworker II, 10 Years <br />Senior staff members introduced and commended District employees, and Board <br />members thanked the honorees for their efforts. <br />A summary of each employee's professional and academic achievements was <br />presented. On behalf of the Board and staff, Friedl presented awards to the <br />honorees. Honorees thanked fellow staff members, management and the Board of <br />Directors for their support. <br />Jacobsen adjourned the meeting at 8:03 pm and reconvened at 8:20 pm. <br />
