July 7, 2011 <br />Page 3 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0, to authorize <br />General Manager to submit ballot in support of the 2011 proposed amendments <br />to CSDA bylaws. <br />D. Renewal of License Agreements with Southern California Edison <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize General <br />Manager to execute renewal of three license agreements, #9.3735, #9.2975, and <br />#9.1982, with Southern California Edison, from July 1, 2011 through June 30, <br />2016. <br />E. Infiltration Swale Easement with City of Thousand Oaks at Newbury Gateway <br />Park. <br />Kouba spoke about the need for a swale and infiltration system at Newbury Gateway <br />Park. He introduced Elaine Camia, Engineering Associate with the Public Works <br />Department, City of .Thousand Oaks, who provided further information. <br />Board members expressed concerns and posed questions regarding various aspects <br />of the project. <br />Jones moved, Holt seconded, authorizing the General Manager to enter into a <br />temporary Construction Easement and Storm Drain Easement with the City of <br />Thousand Oaks at Newbury Gateway Park. <br />Upon further discussion, Jones withdrew his previous motion. Holt withdrew <br />her second to the motion. The General Manager has been directed to return to <br />the Board in two weeks with more information. <br />10. REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A.
