Renewal of License Agreements with Southern California Edison <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize General <br />Manager to execute renewal of three license agreements, #9.3735, #9.2975, and <br />#9.1982, with Southern California Edison, from July 1, 2011 through June 30, <br />2016. <br />E. Infiltration Swale Easement with City of Thousand Oaks at Newbury Gateway <br />Park. <br />Kouba spoke about the need for a swale and infiltration system at Newbury Gateway <br />Park. He introduced Elaine Camia, Engineering Associate with the Public Works <br />Department, City of .Thousand Oaks, who provided further information. <br />Board members expressed concerns and posed questions regarding various aspects <br />of the project. <br />Jones moved, Holt seconded, authorizing the General Manager to enter into a <br />temporary Construction Easement and Storm Drain Easement with the City of <br />Thousand Oaks at Newbury Gateway Park. <br />Upon further discussion, Jones withdrew his previous motion.
