Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $537,566.07 Payroll Total $393,918.42 C. Adopt Resolution 060211 A Setting the 2011-2012 Appropriation Subject to Limitation D. Approval of New World Systems Maintenance Contract in the amount of $30,839 for FY 2011-12. It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. 7. DEFERRED MATTERS A. Public Hearing Proposed Budget for Fiscal Years 2011-12 & 2012-13 Lewanda presented the Proposed Budget and followed up with a PowerPoint presentation highlighting budget particulars. Various questions by board members were addressed. Gibson thanked staff for adjusting the capital projects budget to address concerns from the last meeting. The public hearing was continued to the next regular meeting. on June 16th, when it will be brought back to the Board for final review and adoption. 8. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION None 9. NEW ITEMS A. Adoption of Resolution No. 060211-B Adopting a Negative Declaration and Making Findings Relating to the Approval of an Updated Master Plan for the Conejo Recreation and Park District Hare presented the Updated Master Plan and summarized its development. Some slight changes have been made since the January meeting when it was first presented for review. No comments were received during the public comment period for the Negative Declaration. Hare stated this is a dynamic document; minor updates will be made, as needed, in the future. Plans and objectives will be reviewed on a more regular basis, as well. Staff was thanked for their work on this project, particularly Park Planner Welty and Park Operations Analyst Bill Palermo.
