CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 3, 2011 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Lewanda, Hare and Lindsey, <br />Recreation Supervisor Olbrich, Recreation Coordinator Gunning, Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Conejo Community Center <br />Olbrich introduced Gunning and provided an overview of the Adult Activities at Conejo <br />Community Center. The curriculum, which consists of 26 sessions and approximately 520 <br />participants, includes various sports, arts specialty classes and a variety of crafts. <br />Board members commended Olbrich and Gunning for their creative presentation and <br />excellent work at Conejo Community Center. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Lange noted that on page 4 Section D second paragraph of the minutes, the date should be <br />April 29, 2011. <br />A. Approval of Minutes of February 3, 2011 Meeting <br />B.
