Over the summer, staff was contacted by a group of residents <br />who have expressed interest in having dogs off leash at the North Ranch <br />Neighborhood Park. <br />Friedl noted the need for a closed session this evening, with no report <br />expected. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Jones reported Community Garden members indicate they are at capacity <br />with a waiting list for garden plots; they have submitted a plan for a 30 -plot <br />expansion of the garden to the south. Item was referred to Hare. <br />Gibson noted the upcoming Ventura County Association of Water Agencies <br />"Policy Makers Night" at the Reagan Library on September 20th. <br />F Follow -Up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />Holt reported her attendance at the quarterly Conejo Coalition for Youth and <br />Families Committee meeting on August 28. The committee intends to <br />present proposals to the City Council including one for a resource center <br />located at the mall that would work in conjunction with CRPD. She also <br />noted that an anti -bullying curriculum has been developed and an upcoming <br />program for middle school children. <br />In response to Holt, Lindsey summarized the upcoming third annual "Meet <br />and Greet" that brings together school counselors and social service <br />agencies to be held October 251h <br />12.
