CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and Friedl led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Lindsey, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Frank Akrey, Newbury Park, CA (spoke between Items 9F and 10A) presented a check for <br />$5,000 as final payment for last year's Conejo Valley Days. He is looking forward to this <br />year's event. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />agenda as amended, i.e., New Item 9 A. shall be continued to the next meeting. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of February 2, 2012 Meeting <br />B.
