B. Five Vehicle Purchase in the Amount of $126,364.79 Hare presented the item; the five vehicles suggested for purchase are replacing assets at the end of their life cycle. Three vehicles will be traded in; the other two will be purchased by CVUSD. It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to award purchase in the total amount of $126,364.79 to Fairview Ford as follows: (1) 2014 w -Ton Regular Cab 4x2 w18' Utility Bed in the amount of $29,460.53; (1) 2014 %-Ton Extended Cab 4x2 wlStandard Bed in the amount of $24,946.60; (1)20141/2 --Ton Extended Cab 4x4 Standard Bed w/Bed/Cab Ladder Rack in the amount of $28,171.60; (1) 2014 Hybrid Plug -In 5 -Door Front Wheel Drive in the amount of $34,405.53; (1) 2014 Hybrid 5 -Door Front Wheel Drive in the amount of $26,880.53; (3) District Vehicles for trade in the amount of ($17,500.00). C. Budget Adjustments FY 2012-13 & 2013-14 Lewanda reported on the subject budget adjustments, including specifics for the changes. They are primarily related to capital projects.
