In the past, the process of updating the Strategic <br />Plan has usually taken anywhere from one to three Board meetings. The original Strategic <br />Plan was created with the help of an outside consultant. Since then, the annual updates have <br />been done by the Board and staff. <br />On April 9, 2016, the Board held a Special Meeting/Study Session to consider updates to the <br />Strategic Plan. During that meeting the Board provided input on some proposed changes and <br />identified some specific priorities for the coming year. <br />On July 7, 2016, the Board considered a redline/strikeout (aka "Track Changes") version of the <br />Draft update to the Strategic Plan. Recommended revisions and additions from that meeting <br />have been incorporated in the Final Draft Update to the Strategic Plan.
