Holt, Director Joe Gibson, Director Ed Jones, Director GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS Tex Ward Award purchase in the total amount of $180,079.50 to Fairview Ford as follows: • (3) 2017 %-Ton Regular Cab 4x2 Trucks in the amount of $89,991.00 ($29,997.00 each) • (1) 2017 1/4 -Ton Extended Cab 4x4 Truck in the amount of $29,298.00 • (1)20171/4 -Ton Extended Cab 4x4 Utility Bed Truck in the amount of $34,297.00 • (1) 2017 15 -Passenger Van in the amount of $38,994.00 Plus tire fees ($56.00) and sales tax ($14,443.50) Funds are available in the Equipment Reserve Fund. DISCUSSION Three (3) 2017 4/4-11on Regular Cab 4x2 Trucks will replace current assets #P0088, #P0089, and #P0090; all three are 2010 Ford F250 Utility Beds. All three assets have reached the end of their life cycles and require replacement. One (1) 2017 %-Ton Extended Cab 4x4 Truck will replace current asset #P0080, a 2010 Ford 3/ -Ton F-250 Extended Cab 4x4 Truck. Asset #P0080 has reached the end of its life cycle and requires replacement. One (1) 2017 s/ -Ton Extended Cab 4x4 Truck will replace current asset #P0081, a 2010 Ford %-Ton F-250 Extended Cab 4x4 Truck. Asset #P0081 has reached the end of its life cycle and requires replacement. One (1) 2017 15 -Passenger Van will replace current asset #5199, a 2006 Ford E450 Starcraft Allstar 19 -Passenger Bus. Asset #5199 has reached the end of its life cycle and requires replacement.
