Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />Ed Jones, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Manage <br />SUBJECT: Authorizing Signers for t e Ve ra County Treasurer Pool <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 072116-A authorizing specific staff to order the deposit or withdrawal of <br />funds in the Ventura County Treasury Pool <br />DISCUSSION <br />This Resolution, originally brought to the Board on July 7th, has been modified to provide more <br />clarity regarding signature authorities. <br />The Resolution is before your Board in accordance with California Government Code Section <br />53684, and the District's investment policy, the District is authorized to deposit monies not <br />immediately necessary in local government pools. <br />The District has historically participated in the Ventura County Treasury Pool and the State of <br />California Local Agency Investment Fund. <br />The County Treasurer annually requests an updated signature card of the authorized signers for <br />the Treasury Pool.
