For properties covered by AD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) or AD 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch), the levies <br />are reduced to $17.69 per single-family equivalent unit. <br />Should the Board adopt Resolution No. 050516-A, the assessment diagram and levies will be <br />filed with the County Auditor, and the assessments collected at the same time and manner as <br />County property taxes. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2016 Strategic Plan Element 3.2.7; Maintain and adjust existing assessment districts and <br />evaluate the establishment of new assessment districts or similar funding mechanisms in order <br />to provide and enhance park facilities. <br />Respectfully submitted by, <br />T.
