The resolution set the <br />date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. <br />The Notice of the Public Hearing was not published in Ventura County Star in sufficient time for <br />proper notification of the May 5, 2016 Public Hearing to consider the levy of assessments for <br />LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo); thus, on May 5, 2016, the Board of Directors continued the Public <br />Hearing until June 2, 2016. <br />A Notice of the June 2, 2016 Public Hearing was published in Ventura County Star on May 2, <br />2016. <br />The resolution under consideration at this time confirms and approves the final Engineer's <br />Report for LMD 92-1 (available online at www.crpd.or-q/92-lER2016) and confirms the levies <br />contained therein.
