ARTICLE I — GENERAL <br />Section 1. Purpose: <br />In addition to the general and specific purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation of the <br />California Special Districts Association (CSDA), CSDA will provide outreach, education, and <br />member services, and shall generate legislative advocacy for member interests. CSDA will <br />interact with the government associations and groups that support or oppose its membership's <br />interests. <br />Section 2. CSDA Networks: <br />The state of California shall be divided along county boundaries into six voting <br />networks. The areas of the networks have been determined by the Board of <br />Directors of CSDA. <br />Exhibit A .......... Map of the six (6) networks of CSDA. <br />Section 3.
