Any officer or director may resign at any time by giving written notice to the <br />President or CBO. Any such resignation shall take effect at the date of the receipt of <br />such notice or at any time specified therein. <br />B. The position of a director may be declared vacant by a majority vote of the CSDA <br />Board of Directors when a director fails to attend three <br />consecutive meetings of the Board. <br />Section 8.
