Update plan every two years as part of the budget process. <br />Meets 2016 Strategic Plan Element 2.5: Maintain capital improvement fund. Incentivize groups <br />to improve District facilities through a grant funding application program for District -approved <br />projects. <br />Meets 2016 Strategic Plan Element 4.6: Local non-profit organizations. Maintain and build <br />relationships with local non-profit organizations engaged in activities consistent with the <br />District's mission.
