RESOLUTION NUMBER 061616-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 <br />BUDGETS FOR THE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Conejo Recreation and Park District is duly organized and existing under <br />the provisions of Section 5700 et seq., of the Public Resources Code of the State of <br />California, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5784 of the Public Resources Code stipulates that after the budget <br />hearing the District shall adopt a budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />does hereby adopt the 2016-2017 fiscal year budgets as presented in Exhibits A to G, <br />including policy items addressed in the budget cover letter, which are hereby made a <br />part of this resolution by reference. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS day of 12016. <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />
