DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing on Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-15 <br />Update to Proposed Capital Improvement Budget for FY 2014-2015 <br />Gibson opened the public hearing for the Preliminary Budget for FY 2014-15. Hare <br />introduced the updated Capital Improvement Budget for FY 2014-15 and explained <br />minor adjustments to the previously approved FY 14-15 CIP Budget. <br />
