CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />April 7, 2016 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Huffer called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and Jones led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda, and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Athlete Recognition Award — CLU Women's Volleyball Team NCAA Division III National <br />Champions <br />Huffer and Lange introduced the Volleyball Team and presented highlights of their winning season. <br />Coach Kelly Roesel thanked the Board of Directors for this honor. She commended the hard work <br />of the team and applauded their scholastic achievements. Huffer and Lange presented each <br />player, and the coach, with a medal and certificate. Board members congratulated the team <br />members on their accomplishments. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />6. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of March 17, 2016 Board Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $534,163.83 <br />Payroll $722,900.00 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as presented. <br />7.
