Lange, Chair <br />Doug Nickles, Vice -Chair <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Marissa Buss, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERD a US <br />Tex Ward <br />Approve and adopt the Conflict of Interest Code for the Conejo Recreation and Park District and <br />authorize the General Manager to forward to the Clerk of the Ventura County Board of <br />Supervisors. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Every two years the District is asked to review and update, if necessary, its Conflict of Interest <br />Code. The District's current code was last amended in July 2020. At that time, a title on the <br />Designated Positions list was changed from "Information Technology Analyst" to "IT Supervisor." <br />This year, the Board approved and adopted nine title changes; those changes are reflected on <br />the attached "Designated Positions Exhibit A", with both a redline strikeout version and a "clear" <br />version.
