Nickles attended the California Special District Association (CSDA) Legislative Days in <br />Sacramento on May 20-21, the CARPD Conference and the Concert in the Park. Lange noted <br />that CRPD was given an award by CAPRI for its outstanding safety program and the new <br />President of CARPD presented Nickles with an award for the Healing Garden.
