The resolution set the date, time, and <br />place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. The Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in the Thousand Oaks Acorn on Friday, May 17, 2024. Additional public <br />notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 94-1 <br />(available online at www.crpd.orq/94-1 ER2024) and confirms the levies contained therein.
