May 2, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />Mooney reported the Dos Vientos LMD assessment began in Fiscal Year `96/'97. <br />Mooney stated this resolution is for intent to levy the assessment for the Dos <br />Vientos area and sets a time and place for public hearing. The proposed <br />assessment is changing from $318.46 per benefit unit in FY 2023/24 to $331.15 <br />per benefit unit for FY 2024/25. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Nickles, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 050224-B preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report for 2024- <br />2025, declaring intention to provide the annual levy and collection of <br />assessments, and setting the time and place for the public hearing, that it be <br />read in title only and all future readings be waived. <br />C. Consideration of Resolution No. 050224-C Directing Preparation of the <br />Engineer's Report, Declaring Intention to Levy Assessments for 2024-2025, <br />Preliminarily Approving Engineer's Report for Districtwide Park <br />Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (62-1), and Providing for <br />a Notice of Public Hearing <br />Mooney stated the Districtwide LMD assessment began in Fiscal Year 2000/2001. <br />Mooney reported this resolution is for intent to levy the assessment for the <br />districtwide assessment area and sets a time and place for public hearing. The <br />proposed assessment is changing from $42.75 per benefit unit in FY 2023/24 to <br />$44.04 per benefit unit for FY 2024/25. <br />It was moved by Buss, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 050224-C directing preparation of the Engineer's Report, <br />declaring the District's intention to levy assessments for 2024-25, <br />preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report for Districtwide Park <br />Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (6201) and providing for <br />a notice of public hearing, that it be read in title only and all future readings <br />be waived. <br />V��!.!Pl if7laq 1111111�111 lllllll Amin <br />B. 2023-2024 3rd Quarter Capital Improvement Program Projects Status Report <br />
