However, this is largely due to a <br />significant increase in enrollment at the Goebel Adult Community Center (GACC), who began using the District’s <br />registration system for its Special Event sign-ups this past year, accounting for 534 enrollments in this session alone. <br />Another noteworthy change from last year is the conclusion of the Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) <br />at multiple CVUSD sites. Between Borchard Community Center (BOC) and Conejo Community Center (CCC), 240 <br />students who had previously registered for CRPD programming did not return in 2024. Each center cancelled a <br />number of classes on CVUSD campuses this year due to low enrollment, along with some on-site contract classes. <br />Hillcrest Center for the Arts (HCFA) continues to grow the Elementary Music Program in partnership with CVUSD. <br />The session dates for Aquatic Recreation (AQUA) differed from the remainder of the units, with its Winter II session <br />not beginning until March 11; those enrollments will be included in the Spring 2024 report. <br />In 2023, Dos Vientos Community Center (DVC) registered 99 participants in their one-time hiking incentive program. <br />The Outdoor Unit had an overall decrease in enrollment, but 30 more participants enrolled in CRPD Staff-led <br />programs compared to last year. The overall decrease is due to one independent contractor who previously offered <br />27 classes with a total enrollment of 168 in 2023 instead offering eight classes with a total enrollment of 56 in 2024.
