TeX Ward <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Mana <br />SUBJECT: Amendment #4 to Agre <br />it <br />Equestrian Trails Incorporated Corral #37 for Use <br />of Conejo Creek West — Equestrian Park <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Authorize General Manager to enter into Amendment #4 to Agreement with Equestrian Trails Incorporated <br />Corral #37. <br />DISCUSSION <br />After over 30 years of an informal relationship, in July 2008, the District formalized its agreement with <br />Equestrian Trails Incorporated Corral #37 (ETI) for the operation and maintenance of Conejo Creek West — <br />Equestrian Park. <br />In June 2023, the Board approved Amendment #3 extending the Agreement to June 2024. <br />In order to continue the District's successful relationship with ETI, staff recommends extending the <br />Agreement an additional three years with the attached Amendment #4. <br />All other terms and conditions of the original agreement apply. The original agreement and amendments <br />#1-3 can be found at www.crpd.oLg/ETI. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2024 Strategic Plan Goal 3.2.5: Maintain a capital improvement fund. Incentivize groups to improve <br />District facilities through a grant funding application program for District -approved projects. <br />Meets 2024 Strategic Plan Goal 4.6: Partnerships. Build, maintain, and support local organizations <br />engaged in activities consistent with the District's mission.
