CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and Robertson led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Scott and Sorensen, Park <br />Superintendent Marchesano, Accounting Supervisor Robertson and Executive <br />Secretary Ohren <br />3.
