No public testimony will be taken after <br />9:00 p.m. The public hearing begins at 8:00 p.m. In the event that all speakers have been heard prior to 9:00 p.m., or upon completion <br />ofpublic hearing, whichever occurs first, the public hearing will be closed and the Conservancy and Advisory Committee deliberations <br />will begin. Individuals will be allowed three minutes to speak and representatives of organizations/agencies will be allowed five minutes <br />to speak. Speaker times may be reduced depending on the number of speakers. <br />8. Consent Calendar: <br />(a) Consideration of resolution recommending that the mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority accept a <br />donation of 18 Ford "Think" low speed electric vehicles, valued at an estimated $140,000. <br />(b) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority grant funds <br />to North East Trees for a study of Corralitas and Los Angeles River park connections. <br />(c) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority authorize <br />an application for Los Angeles County Proposition A Excess Funds for Los Angeles River Bikeway improvements <br />in partnership with North East Trees. <br />(d) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority accept a <br />donation of approximately 144 acres (APN 2581-001-024) from the Wildlands Conservancy, northeast of Sylmar, <br />unincorporated Los Angeles County. <br />(e) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority authorize <br />acceptance of approximately 103 acres in dedication in Plum Canyon from Shapell Industries, Santa Clarita area of <br />unincorporated Los Angeles County. <br />(f) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority accept an <br />open space dedication of approximately 22 acres (APN 2059-025-028) at Westlake Boulevard in Westlake Village, <br />from Vintage Communities, Inc. <br />(g) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority accept the <br />transfer of approximately 30 acres (portion of APNs 2701-001-009 and 028) in Mormon Canyon and approximately <br />20 acres (portion of APN 2701-002-015) in Browns Canyon from the Porter Ranch Development Company as partial <br />mitigation for permits, Los Angeles. <br />(h) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority authorize <br />relocation of a required trail easement located on Lot 1 of APN 4452-025-014, near Sweetwater Mesa Road, and <br />acceptance of said easement, Malibu.* <br />(i) Consideration of resolution recommending that the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority accept the <br />following offers to dedicate: Goodwin / P-81-7619; Sophisticated Investments, Inc. / A-337-79; Taylor / A-337-79; <br />Almar Associates I A-337-79; Klenner / P-80-6953, and Brush / A-3-80. * <br />(j) Consideration of resolution authorizing a comment letter on the revised Biological Resources Section of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for Marr Ranch Project II, Simi Valley. <br />
