Amendment #2 to Contract for Custodial Services at Various Park Facilities <br />resulting in an annual increase to Contract Amount of $21,873 <br />Mooney reported the Amendment presented this evening is part of a five-year <br />Contract for Custodial Services dated April of 2023. The amendment reflects <br />monies needed for addonal custodial services at the Chumas Museum; the <br />increase is $1,822.77 per month. All other terms and conditions of the April 2023 <br />contract apply. Huffer requested, and Mooney agreed, to change a word in the <br />agreement, on page two, from 11 822.77 change per month 7) to 911 )822.77 <br />increase per month. 3) <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Buss, and carried 5-0 to authorize General <br />Manager to enter into Amendment #2 to the Contract for Custodial Services with <br />Executive Facility Services, as amended. <br />Mooney reported staff received two bids for these vehicles; the vehicles being <br />replaced have reached the end of their life cycle and will be traded in one for one. <br />The low bid was received from Fairview Ford and came in under what was <br />budgeted for the purchase. <br />moved by Nickles, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 5-0 to award <br />purchase in the amount of $352,320.49 to Fairview Ford as follows: <br />0 One (1) % Ton 4x4 Utility Bed Extended Cab Truck in the amount of <br />$60,998.00 <br />0 Three (3) % Ton 4x2 Regular Cab Utility Bed Trucks in the amount of <br />$173.994.00 <br />0 One (1) % Ton 4x4 Extended Cab Truck in the amount of $49,998.00 <br />0 One (1) 1 Ton 4x4 Flatbed Regular Cab Truck in the amount of $62,498.00 <br />0 One (1) 1 Ton 4x2 Flatbed Regular Cab Truck in the amount of $68,598.00 <br />0 Sales tax and tire fees $30,234.49 <br />0 Seven (7) Trade-in vehicles valued in the amount of ($94,000.00) <br />110 <br />ItIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII 0,_ _ • •11 <br />• • • • • iq <br />81 r <br />ul � %. <br />
