MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br />Amendment #1 <br />STAGECOACH INN MUSEUM AND GROUNDS <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO THE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, hereinafter called <br />"Amendment #1", is made and entered into, by and between: <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, A LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL <br />AGENCY, HEREINAFTER CALLED "District" and <br />CONEJO VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY, A California 501(c) (3) non-profit <br />corporation, hereinafter called "Society." <br />The parties agree that: <br />1. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT #1. The District hereby permits Society, and Society <br />hereby agrees with District, to continue to operate and manage Museum Facilities <br />for Museum Purposes at the Stagecoach Inn Museum and Grounds, Thousand <br />Oaks, California. <br />2. TERM. The term of Amendment #1 is five (5) years and shall commence on January <br />1, 2024 and terminate on December 31, 2028 unless renewed per this Agreement. <br />3. FUTURE OPTIONS. Society may, at the District's option, renew this Agreement for <br />up to five (5) years. Such option shall be requested by giving written notice to District <br />no later than 180 days prior to the expiration of the term.
