Instruction Contracts in Cultural Activities by $150,000, from $60,983 to $210,983 for <br />increased programs. <br />• CLU Pool Contracts in Aquatics by $52,000, from $165,000 to $217,000 for increased <br />programs. <br />• Gas Utilities in Aquatics by $26,000, from $36,250 to $62,250 for temporary increase in <br />gas prices. <br />Fiscal Year 2023-24 — New and Corrections <br />General Fund <br />Recognize additional Property Tax revenue in the amount of $117,000 from $18,000,000 to <br />$18,117,000. <br />Increase appropriations for: <br />• Insurance by $82,000 from $500,000 to $582,000 due to increased rates from CAPRI. <br />• Districtwide Tennis Court Resurfacing by $35,000 from $20,000 to $55,000 due to water <br />damage. <br />Capital Projects Fund <br />Remove the operating transfer in ($30,000) from the Dos Vientos assessment and the associated <br />appropriation for Dos Vientos Gym Curtains. This project will instead be funded and expensed <br />within the Dos Vientos Assessment Fund (below). <br />Dos Vientos Assessment Fund <br />Replace the operating transfer out to the Capital Projects Fund ($30,000) with a $30,000 <br />appropriation for Dos Vientos Gym Curtains. <br />Fiscal Year 2023-24 - Carryovers <br />Using grant receivables and fund balance carryovers, the following items in the capital projects <br />and districtwide assessment funds adjust carryover amounts. These amounts reflect the balances <br />at 6/30/23. Such adjustments are driven by project timing and will be reviewed as part of the <br />regular Capital Improvement Program Status Report: <br />• Paige Lane Development — appropriate balance of $1,160,000 <br />• Dos Vientos Community Park Play Area Renovation — appropriate balance of $157,953 <br />• Conejo Creek North Park Play Area Renovation — appropriate balance of $531,989 <br />• Suburbia Neighborhood Park Play Area Renovation — appropriate balance of $26,625 <br />• Sycamore Neighborhood Park Play Area Renovation — appropriate balance of $40,425 <br />
