CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTO <br />Huffer called the meeting to order at 4:34pm and Reynders led the flag salute. <br />1� <br />Directors Present: Buss, Cusworth, Huffer, Lange and Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Mooney and Smith, and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders, <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />11 ; I I � 1111,11111 111 11111111� . . . . . . . . . . . . <br />Friedl led a team building exercise involving questions that allowed Board members and <br />staff to get to know each other better. <br />r, 4'�;' INIMTP"1111 ; 11, .......... 111 11 0 <br />Friedl reported this document is annually reviewed; he solicited feedback from Board <br />members for any changes. Discussion ensued and two edits were suggested. These will be <br />reflected in the document when it is brought to the next Board meeting for adoption. <br />The meeting was suspended temporarily at 6:00 pm for dinner. <br />Huffer called the meeting back to order at 6:29pm. <br />
