Kelly Road, Thousand Oaks (APN 658-0-012-390) <br />Zone IV / Area 14 <br />Dear Mr. Jacobson, <br />The Conejo Recreation and Park District has received payment in the amount of $160.00, <br />satisfying City of Thousand Oaks Ordinance No. 376 -NS Park Dedication requirements. <br />The Thousand Oaks City Council approved the enactment of SB -13, waiving impact fees <br />associated with the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) under 750 -SF. This <br />proposed ADU is 897 -SF and eligible for a fee reduction.
