Avenida de los Arboles, <br />Thousand Oaks, CA (APN 675-0-012-015) <br />Dear Mr. Clinger, <br />The Conejo Recreation and Park District has received payment from Robert Becerra in the <br />amount of $1,598.00, satisfying City of Thousand Oaks Ordinance No. 376 -NS Park Dedication <br />requirements. <br />The Thousand Oaks City Council approved the enactment of SB -13, waiving impact fees <br />associated with the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) under 750 -SF. This <br />proposed ADU is 1,185 -SF and eligible for a fee reduction.
