The correct site plan was submitted by you on October 3, 2022 and a new Park Dedication <br />(Q0mby) fee was calculated based on the revised square footage of this ADU. Below is a breakdown of <br />the recalculated fee: <br />Original fee paid: $21173.00 <br />Recalculated fee: $1,182.00 <br />Refund amount: $ 991.00 <br />Enclosed is a refund check for $991.00. <br />The Thousand Oaks City Council approved the enactment of SB -13, waiving impact fees associated with <br />the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) under 750 -SF. This proposed ADU is 1,000 -SF and <br />eligible for a fee reduction.
